Project Personnel Manager Manage and support operations of company off-site staff on several Government sites such as the Department of Interior, United States Special Operations Command, Task Force for Business and Stability Operations in Afghanistan, Air Force Base AZ, MCB Hawaii, RCAS, NAVY Djibouti /Somalia, Marines and DHHS. Provide operational task leadership over a team of Engineers and Desktop Support Technicians. Resolved complicated clients issues promptly, in a proficient manner and with highest customer service standards. Conduct project budget analysis, monitors hours and work production and resolves issues to hold the contract budget below estimated cost. Prepares and organize documentation facilitating contact with government sites, customers and company personnel. Maintains consistency through review of Government and company standards to ensure quality across each project. Maintains staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring and appraising job results.Assistant FSO Provide security oversight for the company Process PCL's, and periodic reinvestigations via DISS Process VAR's in DISS Conduct security education and training Investigate security violations, and Suspicious Contact Reports Pre-screen candidates to determine security eligibility prior to E-QIP Conduct DSS Self-Inspection and participate in DSS Assessment Fingerprint cleared personnel and submit for electronic processing and submission Conduct all security briefings and de-briefings per NISPOM requirements Maintain list of DD254’s for subcontracting companies, reviewed for accuracy to ensure compliance with prime and subcontractor security requirements.

Coordinate and supported Patent Consultants with patent applications.
