CurrentDepartment of Veterans Affairs Enterprise Wireless:-Evaluate and assess the programs’ strengths and weaknesses.-Manage changes to scope, cost and schedule of project work.-Coordinate priorities and resources between multiple projects.-Participate in project performance review meetings and discussions.-Report status develop project-related documentation and implement lessons learned.-Develop standard operating procedure documentation and establish knowledge library.-Allocate appropriate resources to ensure projects are completed within given time and budget.-Provide updates and conduct operational meetings as in routine with customer and team leads.-Lead and provide strategic guidance to the team project managers to ensure program goals are met.-Manage risks and issues that might arise over the course of the program life cycle and take measures to correct them when they occur.One of the VA’s specific missions is Veterans Health Care, and the VA’s Veterans Health Administration is the largest integrated health care network in the United States, with 1,255 health care facilities serving 9 million enrolled Veterans each year. TekSynap, through its partners, supports the VA’s mission by designing, installing, configuring and maintaining wireless networks in VA Medical Centers and other VA facilities. TekSynap offers 802.11 a/b/g/n/ax solutions in the broadband spectrums 2.4GHZ and 5.0Ghz frequencies. The VA WiFi location-based infrastructure offers the VA secure, wireless communications for a broad range of data and telecommunications needs including video, voice, data, and Real-Time Location Services (RTLS). The wireless communications network will also support a wide range of mission applications for the VA including asset tracking, radio frequency identification (RFID) and barcode medical applications.
