I have spent most of the past two decades managing high-value client partnerships ranging from boutique business services firms to larger multinational companies, with a track record of driving revenue and value. Over the past four-plus years I’ve been part of LogicMonitor’s Customer Success organization, moving up from an Enterprise CSM role into managing our mid-market CS team.At LogicMonitor, we help break down traditional monitoring silos by providing a SaaS-based agent-less hybrid observability platform powered by AI. We help ITOps, CloudOps, DevOps, MSPs, and Business Leaders gain seamless operational visibility into infrastructure, networks, clouds, containers, and applications. Our LM Envision platform allows our customers to focus less on troubleshooting and more on innovation.Personally, I'm a proud University of Texas alum and have a passion for Longhorn athletics (Hook’em!) as well as baseball in any form (14 MLB parks and counting!). When I’m not watching one of my teams I enjoy a good book (literary fiction, primarily) or curling up to binge a new series, and I’m always up for an adventure to Napa, NYC, or anywhere in between.
