I’m a veteran transitioning to the private sector in September 2024 after 20 years of service in Marine Special Operations.  I’m currently looking for opportunities in the Wilmington and Jacksonville, NC area in Independent Contracting, Entrepreneurship (Franchising) or Project Management. But before I tell you more about what I do, let me tell you why I do it. I set the angle and cut with precision, so we combine function with form. What that means is as a perpetual learner, I study the problem to ensure that we develop the exact plan, so that we execute with accuracy, creativity and adaptability.I enjoy mental challenges that force me to expand my knowledge, broaden my skills, conquer limitations or fix problems. I can adjust from issue to issue, identifying sound solutions through stoicism. I thrive working with a diverse team that brings different perspectives and emotional aspects to situations. I move through each day handling unexpected situations as they occur, adapting my priorities to remain flexible to change. My team knows that they can rely on me to support their efforts and depend on me to complete tasks and achieve objectives. Rather than act on impulse, I think before I speak. By nature a realist, I bring an objective, practical and unemotional viewpoint to important matters in order to make informed decisions. I maximize the assets and talents available to take unique approaches to solving complex problems or seize presented opportunities.
