Ran weekly meetings and managed the project to ensure all tasks and timelines were met.• Create and presented recommendations and status reports to senior leadership team.• Integrated Agile methodologies into the environment by setting priorities and managing backlog.

Messaging team lead of four analysts on a contract supporting Exchange and Zantaz EAS at Capital One.• Acted as lead engineer in implementation and ongoing management of Zantaz EAS archival system consisting of over 20 application servers archiving over 30,000 mailboxes.• Supported the MS Exchange environment by redesigning journaling to support over 40,000 mailboxes, deploying two MS Exchange 2003 clusters for executive staff and migrating of 8,000 Bank affiliates from Novell GroupWise to Exchange 2007.
