Creative Design Manager
Current▸ Leads a team of graphic design professionals throughout VHB's Southeast Region.▸ Manages, assigns, and oversees the delivery of various graphic deliverables for internal/external clients.▸ Designs graphic collateral, including proposals, presentations, digital media, ads, flyers, and more.▸ Works alongside marketing leadership, office leadership, and technical practitioners to develop marketing strategy that supports regional goals.▸ Leads the organization and management of all regional digital graphic assets.▸ Leads regional photography program, including employee portraits, project imagery, and drone ops.▸ Serves as quality assurance/quality control on most graphic collateral, to ensure it meets client expectations and/or RFP requirements.▸ Collaborates with offices throughout the footprint to develops best practices/design guidance.▸ Partners with the regional creative design team to understand their career goals and identify opportunities that align with their career aspirations.
