- Summarize outputs and outcomes based on data drawn from annual statistical reporting, project progress and final reports made to the Canadian Water Network.- Develop a categorization schema for the outputs and outcomes, conduct preliminary data analyses and format data for project report.

- Researched, designed and executed field and lab work for a research project resulting in 2 published journal articles, 1 report to the Ontario Ministry of Environment, and one technical lab paper.- Performed microscope analysis to enumerate benthic algal taxa.- Analyzed data collected from 2008 & 2009 South Nahanni River benthic algal bioassessment surveys in conjunction with Parks Canada Agency using a Reference Condition Approach to assess the effects of two mining companies on benthic algal communities and water quality.- Analyzed data collected from 2006 & 2007 Muskoka-Haliburton benthic algal bioassessment surveys in conjunction with the Ontario Ministry of Environment to assess the effect of landuse on benthic algal communities and water quality

- Co-taught a 3rd year biostatistics course (Biol 361 – Biostatistics and Experimental Design). - Prepared and delivered a 2 hour lecture and lead a 1 hour laboratory exercise. - Held regular weekly consultation hours where I had positive interactions with students helping them to understand the materials for the course and clarify questions related to assignments, midterm and final.

- Organized and taught undergraduate biology 1st through 3rd year courses.- Taught introduction to Plants, Introduction to Fungi, Algae and Plants, Flowering Plant Biology, Ecology and Biostatistics and Experimental Design. - Taught the applied lab portions of the classes which included duties such as: teaching biological processes linking classroom theory to lab work, answering students questions during tests and assignments, aiding the teachers during tutorials, and marking lab assignments and tests.
