As an Engineering-led organization with a nascent design team, UX maturity was limited. Design was an afterthought and did not play a role in product strategy, research, nor decision-making processes. I joined as a consultant in 2018 to introduce Human-Centered Design as a core competency. Founded and expanded the agency to a client base of over 200 real estate agents in under four years. Forged a strategic partnership with a local .ASP programming and CMS infrastructure development firm to create an unprecedented digital solution enabling thousands of local real estate professionals to market themselves and their listings, as well as provide real-time property search capabilities to the local 5-state MRIS area.

Solely designed and implemented digital and print marketing solutions for over 150 real estate professionals in the form of identity, brochures and direct mail, listing presentations, and IDX-enabled websites.

Supported the Branch Manager with daily and weekly administrative tasks. Restructured internal contractual forms and operations to improve productivity of over 100 independent real estate professionals. Trained and provided technical support for employees and independent agents alike.
