As an educator, coach, and consultant, I focus on the development of people and organizations through the use of hands-on techniques. From my experiences, I have insights into building relationships and engaging people towards extracting, sharing, and creating new knowledge. In the classroom, my teaching method involves integrating continually updated content, utilizing my practical and research experience to inform the classroom, providing active learning techniques that allow students to gain applied experience, and cultivating environments rich for student interaction. I routinely incorporate debates, cases, role-plays, games, simulations, and applied projects in classes that engage students while practicing their skills.Being a facilitator of the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology, I work to enhance how teams within organizations think, communicate, and problem-solve to drive next level personal, team, and organizational performance.
