As a Product Management Intern at Dell Technologies, my project goal was to enhance the company's consumer support offerings through AI-driven solutions and competitive analysis.I analyzed consumer surveys and industry reports to identify value-added AI features for the consumer support suite, driving revenue and cost savings. I also developed a market positioning tool to compare support features and pricing against top competitors and expanded the company's competitive set. Additionally, I crafted an AI strategy aligned with consumer expectations and documented handoff timelines to ensure seamless project continuation post-internship.

As the Lead M&A Analyst at Adelphi, I worked alongside the company’s highly experienced executive team to execute a growth-through-acquisition strategy. I performed financial analysis and due diligence on multi-million dollar sale-leaseback transactions in the Real Estate, C-store, and Quick-Service Restaurant (QSR) industries. I also led cross-functional M&A integration teams to transition acquired businesses into the company smoothly.

Novel Capital is an innovative fintech platform using revenue-based financing to provided flexible capital for early-stage enterprise software companies.I joined Novel as employee #7. I helped the firm double the size of its portfolio and worked directly with the Managing Partner to raise the company's 2nd fund.

RippleMatch is a Venture-backed startup using a job matching platform to match profiles and resumes to relevant opportunities with top companies. As a leadership development intern my job was to increase brand awareness on my campus and help facilitate matches between companies and University of Florida students. In all, I got over 50 students to sign up to the platform, leading to over 170 introductions, 20 meetings, and 3 job offers for my peers!

Being parade director is both the most rewarding and challenging position I have undertaken in my career. I started with the parade as a volunteer in 2016, was selected as an assistant director in 2017, and then was promoted to director in 2018. In my role, I had to plan and execute the country’s largest student run parade. This involved leading team meetings, creating schedules for assistant directors, sending mass communications to thousands of participants, and reaching financial goals from the University. When the day came, I had to move our entire timeline up 1 hour to ensure we missed a massive storm. With the help of a massive team of university staff, assistant directors, volunteers, and police officers, the parade went exactly as planned. I might be the only person you'll meet that can truly say I didn't let it rain on my parade!

The LBA is a London nonprofit focused on enhancing the lives of London's at risk youth by promoting basketball and bettering the sport's infrastructure within the city. From my first day, I resonated with the company's mission and took every opportunity to engage with the amazing, diverse, students who the LBA serve. In my role, I assisted the CEO in planning and coordinating youth camps, coaching courses, and refereeing courses. I also collected and recorded all membership fees, participation fees, and merchandise sales using ACTIVE network event software.

Founded the club to educate University of Florida students on the value and possibilities of blockchain technology, regardless of previous knowledge or experience. In collaboration with the executive team, I led monthly meetings and created a Facebook discussion forum to facilitate our blockchain education program. The club was recognized as a finalist for the New Student Organization of the Year and the Professional Development award at the 2018 UF Student Activities and Involvement Awards.
