My work in curriculum development makes space for diverse learning communities to tell their own stories of growth. I draw from research in antiracist pedagogy, universal design for learning (UDL), and my doctoral work in Bible and Cultures to cultivate ethical learning environments.At present, I lead the ELCA's hunger education program, strengthening our partners' capacity to address the root, intersectional causes of hunger. This position demands collaboration across institutions, engagement and empowerment of volunteer learners, goal-oriented project leadership, and curriculum design and implementation.In the past I have led projects in higher education implementing reflective learning curricula, assessing pedagogical equity outcomes, and professional development opportunities for educators.
