This period of his life was foundational to the direction and trajectory that it takes today. With a background in Business Management as well as in Construction Costs and Finance, Peter has put his education and the experiences gained while studying and living in Scotland, Iowa, and Kentucky to good use having successfully delivered projects in excess of $300 million for clients in the US and internationally. Whether in his capacity working for a Fortune 500 company or for a small independently owned business, the objective has never wavered - Build trust, add value and deliver excellence in everything you do! What better place to give back to the community, build trust, add value and deliver excellence than 30A! - Having vacationed in the area for almost 10 years, opportunity called in 2021 and Peter and his young family did not hesitate to relocate and are now blessed to call 30A home! 30A holds a special place in Peter’s heart and he would be honored and privileged to help guide and support anyone who has any real estate needs and has a desire to experience, firsthand, the 30A lifestyle. Peter’s greatest achievement is being the father of two incredible children and being a devoted husband to his wife.
