Date: 2023 - I have embarked on a new phase in my career where I now deliver design solutions tailored to our clients' technological requirements. This step marks an exciting shift as I take on direct responsibility for client communications, engaging regularly with our clientele to assess their IT needs, manage budgets, and design new systems for enhancements as required.Date: 2020 - After a few years of dealing with a constant wildfire environment and a lot of overtime, I decided to step back and move on to handle more complex issues as a Senior Systems Engineer with LaScala, Inc. My journey with LaScala so far has been amazing. I have been able to utilize all of my knowledge to help build and implement complex projects for the company and have enjoyed every minute.Date: 2018 - I decided to take a change of pace and start to work in manufacturing IT. Manufacturing IT was a huge difference in the way I approached IT and handling issues. Everything that happens in manufacturing IT is a wildfire. I had to maintain a high level of self control and calm nature to support such a fast paced environment. Date: Dec 2015 - After working for Mobile Technical Services LLC for coming up on 5 years now, I have gone from an end user technician to an all around network technician. I started as a help desk plus level two and three support for the company and have been the main technician for all of the clients in Toledo Ohio for about 3 years now. I service the entire network of all of our clients in Toledo from the server, to the cabling to the end user devices. Date: September 2011 - The year and a half that I was at The Wendy's Company has given me great experience while fixing all computer related issues.
