As the Chief Information Officer at ATRIO Health Plans and the Director of Information Technology at Roseburg Community Cancer Center, I have over 25 years of experience in leading diverse IT teams and projects in the healthcare and insurance industries. I am responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems and operations, as well as ensuring compliance with federal and state security and regulatory standards. I have also founded Alaire IT Group, a consulting firm that provides IT procurement and data center services. My core competencies include hybrid, multi-cloud BPaaS, IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS models, enterprise hardware, operational support, process improvement, budget planning and management, and project management.
