Helping make Linux on ARM the best OS in the world. Leading a team of 15-20 engineers in enhancing the Linux kernel to better support ARM processors. Responsibilities include roadmap development, coordination with member representatives and with upstream Linux kernel community, project management.

Worked on several different areas related to Linux:- Took ownership of and maintained Mentor's Linux Debug Agent, a custom GDB debug stub that allows for debuging a kernel without any source modifications.- Worked on site in Paris, France consulting an automotive company on how to transition their IVI system from a black box system to using Linux and open source components and development processes.

Maintained the Linux kernel for the OLPC XO laptop. Entailed triaging and fixing bugs, writing code to support new features, and providing input to product schedule and technology roadmap.
