I founded Gradian Projects in 2017, an EPC and principal contracting company that focuses on medium size projects across various sectors. I am also the investor and CEO of Monteleone Homes, a 40-year-old residential construction business that provides quality and affordable housing solutions. Additionally, I own Milne Construction and Fabrication, a company that offers construction and fabrication services to diverse industries. My core competencies include new business development, project planning, project control, general management, and business strategy formulation. I hold an MBA from Melbourne Business School, an Engineer's Degree from Hemchandracharya North Gujarat University, and several professional certifications.
