David Levy has over twenty years’ experience providing economic and quantitative research and analysis in a variety of trade remedy and trade policy matters as a consultant at a large law firm. Mr. Levy has extensive experience conducting detailed industry and company analysis in antidumping duty, countervailling duty, and import injury cases. He has worked on cases involving Asian, Canadian, European, and South American countries; and a wide array of products including ball and roller bearings, chemicals and plastics, consumer electronics, ferrous and non-ferrous metals, and softwood lumber. He has also worked on matters involving foreign trade zones, the U.S. Generalized System of Preferences, Section 301 investigations, and customs prior disclosures.
