As an Operations Coordinator, I oversaw multiple events including but not limited to the AHSAA State Basketball Championships, Birmingham Corporate Challenge, and multiple experiential gameday activations. In addition, I oversaw ticketing operations for all Knight Eady events. I also helped manage a mobile marketing campaign for the USGA for the 2018 and 2019 U.S. Women's Open in Birmingham, AL and Charleston, SC.

My duties included, assisting with sponsor and competition committee familiarization (FAM) tours, inventory of all equipment for 2017 National Senior Games and building a Communications System for all staff. I also built a transportation system for the shuttling of athletes to and from event sites and hired a logistics response team for crisis management during the games.
