As the Business Execution Director for Supply Chain Innovation I am working to align program leads and their sponsors on work to enhance capabilities and processes while informing senior leadership from across the supply chain and supporting functions on progress and support needed. As part of the PMO, I help in facilitating sustainable business transition processes across the North America Supply Chain project portfolio; specifically, in demand and supply management and marketplace operations functions while partnering closely with our distribution centers. I am responsible for aligning functional business leaders on end-to-end execution plans by driving a review and alignment process that ensures functional plans are on target to meet overall project plans. This will help lead implementation of smooth and coordinated movement of inventory helping to avoid impact at retail (by synchronizing the transition with business seasonality). Facilitation of cross-functional business leader discussions addressing transition milestones and ensuring priorities align and business readiness addressed. As the North America Marketplace Operations Director I am providing leadership and strategic direction in support of the North America strategic sales and supply chain plans. Leading a team of five direct reports and overall a team of 35 that is responsible for the Marketplace Operations Fulfillment accountabilities with focus on monthly, quarterly and fiscal year financial forecasts. I also drive our strategy and operational excellence in areas such as Category, Launch, quick strike, and League & Licensed. I also participate in and/or lead key strategic initiatives in our division such as Delivery Precision, Network Strategy, In Season Response and Marketplace 2020. Key partners include Sales and Operations teams, Supply Chain Logistics and our Distribution centers creating win-win solutions that meet Nike’s needs while driving a premium customer experience. As Director of this area, I am Creating and driving strategic priorities; tracking results; and analysis of business performance against priorities to maximize profitability, productivity and business growth while developing constructive and positive relationships with Nike partners that drive results. . In addition, I am accountable for the overall leadership and people management of Marketplace Operations, including human resource planning, proactively recruiting and hiring top talent, training and development, managing performance, rewards and recognition programs, succession and career planning, coaching and counseling.
