Oversee corporate Procedures & Forms related to Olin’s Shipper(Offeror) activities for numerous Hazardous Materials spanning chlor-alkali, chlorinated organics, and epoxies.Interface with railcar builders and lessors to ensure desired railcar specifications are satisfied, along with monitoring quality of Olin fleet expansion investments. Responsible for the product distribution coordination for Olin's Ethylene Dichloride (EDC) manufacturing facility in Freeport, TX. Engaged with supply chain and plant operations team to ensure on-spec, safe, and reliable product delivery to marine vessels, railcars, and trucks. Successfully completed first DCS migration of assets from Dow Chemical to Olin Corporation, providing a model project for future migration implementations. Served as a migration/cutover subject matter expert on future DCS migration projects. Continuing to execute the Improvement Engineer role while taking on additional responsibilities as the Distribution Engineer.
