Parts Information Management System: Design installation/removal plans for structures and devices on board the 787 Dreamliner. Compile 3-D engineering plans using CATIA V5 and DELMIA V5 and parts data from ENOVIA database. Create Bill Of Materials (BOM), Illustrated Parts Catalog (IPC), and Illustrations for installation assemblies. Quality Assurance – became QA to help confirm quality of our 3-D parts products to be released to airline customers. Aircraft Maintenance Engineering: Communicate with airlines to resolve Customer Originated Change (COC) data inconsistencies in Boeing’s Aircraft Maintenance Manuals (AMM). Analyze Service Bulletins accurately and properly apply technical changes to Boeing’s aircraft database. Researched new supplier data and implement updates to AMM’s Chapter ATA 34 – Navigation systems. Highlights: Member of the LEAN team, reduced costs and improve office efficiency by coordinating a 5-S project on the production floor. Helped distribute information and review team members on International Standards processes, including ISO 9001 and ISO 14000, in preparation for ISO audits. Member of the Volunteer Disaster Relief team, trained for emergency procedures. Active member of company sporting events including soft ball, flag football, bowling, and coach/team captain for the basketball team.
