With an academic background in Environmental Toxicology, Chemistry, and Data Science, my expertise lies in ecological fate and effects risk assessment, data science, and the development of probabilistic methods. With nearly three decades of experience in the public health domain, I have held executive management and leadership roles throughout my career. For the past 12 years, I have served as a Scientific Advisor at Redshift Technologies, overseeing a portfolio that includes notable EHS applications such as Compound Profiler and AIMS (Assessment Information Management System), the latter being a premier Industrial Hygiene application. Additionally, I contribute to an application dedicated to The National Alliance for Eating Disorders. In my multifaceted role, I lead development teams, manage contracts, and offer valuable data analytics guidance to clients.On a personal note, my wife and I manage a 63-acre farm in Southeastern Connecticut (https://cloudsrestacres.com). Our shared love for nature extends to our adventurous pursuits, including ultra-marathon running and "thru-hiking" on long trails like the Appalachian Trail. Among the most transformative experiences was exchanging vows against the backdrop of Cathedral Lake, just outside Yosemite in Northern California. This unforgettable moment marked the culmination of an 18-day, 243-mile unassisted thru-hike along the John Muir Trail, emphasizing the profound interconnectedness of nature and human existence.
