Sales Intelligence Analyst
CurrentIn my current role I support sales operations and analysis for Informa Markets, a major fashion trade show company which hosts MAGIC, Coterie, PROJECT, Sourcing@MAGIC and Destination. My duties include the following: - Own and design the end-to-end event set up process with cross-functional teams (both internal and external) including senior leadership, sales, finance, credit services, CRM & sales operations for each sales cycle- Partner with sales leaders to build sales campaigns and provide recommendations according to the overall event strategy, goals, requirements and timelines- Act as overall Salesforce subject matter expert and point of contact for the sales team - Work with key stakeholders to establish, define and support key KPIs for the Informa Markets Fashion Group - Analyze data and identify anomalies as well as inconsistencies - Create and deliver requested reports with analysis to key stakeholders - Collaborate with brand marketing to ensure the sales team is empowered by all available resources and sales tools- Own the development and maintenance of process documents identifying operational inefficiencies and improvements
