Technical implementation of American Well's Online Care platform. The Online Care provides a fully integrated communication platform (including video, chat, secure messaging and back system integration) for consumers and providers participating in and outside of healthcare plans. Deployment and integration of CareAdvance for Blue Cross and other medium sized health plans. CareAdvance provides these plans with a workflow application that allows case managers the ability to streamline case management for care, disease and utilization management. Integration with FACETS and other Trizetto products is a primary focus of the roll and the ability to implement a stable dataflow schedule and automation shecdule and practice. The roll includes extending the product by providing intermediary applications and processes on implementation and support of CareAdvance (DTS packages, data migration scripts, feed customization and configuration, business rule writing and design).
