This was a bespoke Salesforce solution for 2500 global sales users delivered as part of a strategic migration to the cloud. The role involved managing the delivery to tight deadlines and ensuring the product was of the highest quality to match established efficient business processes. I was leading the development, data migration and technical delivery of this mission critical system. I had a great team of committed professionals and we were able to learn and develop tools and techniques to help the business understand and exploit both IaaS (AWS) and SaaS

Working with an excellent team to bring together a high quality systems integration programme.I was responsible for the CRM systems programme starting with a Salesforce implementation starting with Service Cloud and moving on to Marketing Cloud (Exact Target) and then an integratration with their new Demandware EPOS system. Vertu operates globally with large markets in China and Russia. My role as programme manager was to deliver a single customer master database with a complete customer transaction history as a platform for Vertu’s Marketing, Sales and Service activity. I also acted as the subject matter expert and Salesforce administrator in the Marketing team supporting the product owner.

SThree plc are a multinational group of recruitment companies I worked within the Group IT function as a Project manager focused on the Sales and CRM systems. My role required me to work closely with the business and the in-house software development teams. Part of that work involved leading the change to an Agile software development methodology in 2004. This delivered a high level of quality and predictability through it's use of user stories, test driven development, pair programming and close collaboration with the business. A key part of my role was leading the requirements gathering workshop, co-ordinating and training the business team members.In addition to being responsible for project planning and reporting my main role was as a leader to drive the projects through to completion. This required a detailed knowledge of the software, data migration, and infrastructure requirements in order to collaborate effectively with these teams to help them remove blockers and fully understand time lines.I was responsible for delivering a 2 large high profile projects with board level sponsorship includingA candidate management and marketing system for recruiters to market jobs to a global database of 5 million candidatesA 1500 seat Siebel CRM implementation with bespoke integrated with the candidate management system The major success while at SThree was taking in-house control the Siebel Development applying our Agile methodology and getting they system deployed in under 12 months.

I was responsible for the delivery of new recruitment systems to 20 UK based staffing agencies including working on 2 major accounts Sthree plc and Michael Page International.Xperius who are no longer trading and were formerly Personic Inc. developed and sold the EZaccess recruitment system which was backed by an Oracle database. I worked for the UK subsidiary which at the time of leaving had an install base of about 100 uk clients.Projects typically included, hardware installations, data migrations, bespoke development and training delivered by Xperius or in collaboration with the client and their partners. My role was to take each client through the complete project project lifecycle with a close eye on implementation budgets. For the larger clients I also took on an Account Manager role post implementation. As a S.M.E. for the product I was also involved in business analysis with clients and I worked closely with the product development teams in San Francisco and Atlanta.
