About Duncan Moffat

Are you a CEO, president, or business owner feeling a little isolated and in need of sound unbiased advice and perspective from a group of your peers? Are you a financial advisor, attorney, or banker with clients who could use help in improving their business and becoming better leaders? As a former president of two successful companies, I’ve been there. I bring a real world understanding of business leader challenges, and what it takes to turn them into opportunities. Vistage International has asked me to build a chief executive peer advisory group in Orange County, CA, and to share my business knowledge and team building skills as its facilitator. With Vistage International, the world’s leading chief executive organization with over 20,000 members in 16 countries, business leaders join with their peers to become better leaders, make better decisions, and achieve better results. My experience in leading companies and being a member of Vistage for 13 years, has prepared me well to share ideas with and mentor a dynamic group of business leaders. I have had varied and significant experience in manufacturing companies. As an engineering graduate of Princeton University, I started my career with Procter & Gamble where I held ten different developmental positions across five locations. Since then, I have led three different manufacturing businesses, building those organizations and dramatically increasing revenue and profits. In these businesses, I had complete P&L responsibility with annual revenues from $12M to $200M.
