I am driven by learning solutions and applying processes, technology and governance to learning organizations to drive performance support. For the past 20 years, I have focused on the implementation of Learning Management Systems, both domestically and abroad primarily to manage regulatory-compliance in industries ranging from petrochemicals to finance. More recently, I have been as focused on the adoption of xAPI and enjoy presenting on the subject whenever possible. In addition, I regularly present on technology integration in the classroom, competency assessment and designing mobile learning interventions. My career is founded in traditional instructional design and computer-based training development. I am a certified Development Dimensions International facilitator, a Kirkpatrick Certified Evaluator and facilitator of the Ohio State University curriculum development program. In addition to working in industry, I have held adjunct faculty positions at Bowling Green State University, Ohio and the College of the Mainland, Texas.
