PMO fulfils a key function within Agribusiness, with responsibilities covering all aspects of loan product development, origination, execution, and on-going management/monitoring of existing portfolio. The central focus of this role is the coordination of the credit submission process within the aligned portfolio/s, including completion of the Client Evaluation, loan origination and portfolio management. Working collaboratively with the Agribusiness Relationship teams, together with Product and Credit Partners, this position has a key role to play in driving superior client outcomes and delivering world class client relationships.• Quality credit for the portfolio, including ongoing monitoring of risk/risk profile and compliance of portfolio;• Completion of Client Evaluation for existing and new to bank transactions, through the application of credit and financial analysis, industry knowledge and internal policy requirements;• Deal structuring and documentation negotiations;• Analyse client prepared financial information (including forecast models) and complete comprehensive financial modelling and sensitivity analysis;• Support, coach and train Analysts to support a high performing team
