Serves as the State/Territory point of contact, technical subject matter expert, and staff advisor for developing and monitoring plans and programs pertaining to Army National Guard (ARNG) recruiting, retention and attrition management of Warrant Officers. Coordinates all accessions from all procurement sources, including current ARNG Soldiers, former Warrant Officers,Commissioned Officers, members of the active and reserve components of other services, Officers assigned to the IRR of all services and the civilian population. Responsible for the accomplishment of operational actions related to Warrant Officer procurement, retention, and attrition management. Also serves as the Interstate Transfer and Inter-Service Coordinator for all incoming transfers from the active and reserve components and national guards from other states.

I served as the Human Resource Technician and Deputy G1 for the 184th ESC out of Laurel & Hattiesburg, MS. We supported over 2,500 Soldiers within the Command. I established all HR policy for the command in coordination with the AO and G1 NCOIC, as well as managed all officer transactions, evaluations, awards, and conducted all briefings and training related to HR functions. I also served as an official passport agent for the MSARNG during this period.

NCOIC Officer Personnel Management for the Mississippi Army National Guard. Primary duties included officer board preparation and execution for the state and Department of the Army level, information system program management and processing for the section, Database usage and management, records review and management, policy review and implementation at state level, oversight of 3 personnel in the section and their duties.

Manage human resources/ admin procedures at battalion level. Primarily managed awards, evaluation reports, research, and policy implementation.
