As Seyfarth Shaw's Client Engagement Manager, I work directly with our clients and attorneys to identify opportunities for partnership. With an emphasis on our SeyfarthLean client service delivery model, I introduce clients, current and prospective, to the excellence and efficiency that Seyfarth imbues in our legal services. Through knowledge of all of the legal service offerings and practice groups in the firm, I foster connections and generate strategic alignments that result in increased value for our clientele. I also often partner closely with colleagues in SeyfarthLean Consulting to aid law departments with their legal business needs via implementation of process improvement, project management, technology, and data solutions. These solutions often take the form of approaches and tools that enhance a law department's understanding of and relationships with their outside counsel, be it through a convergence program or otherwise. My ultimate goal is ensuring a positive, meaningful, and productive user experience, so to speak, for our clients.
