I have always been interested in technology and computers ever since I was able to get my hands on a home PC; the troubleshooting, the learning, and every other piece of the technology industry. It's something that is continuously evolving and there is always something new to learn. This is what led me to pursue a career as an IT Administrator, through going to school at Centriq Training. My experience through my past jobs has helped me learn the skills to be a great addition to your company. I have extensive amounts of customer service and customer relations experience, both in resolving customer issues and being a reliable source for the customers to come to when they have an issue, whether it be a question on their order or an issue they had with something on their order. I also have excellent time management skills, and am able to fairly accurately time out my day so I don't waste any of my employer's time by most efficiently managing time. I excelled at contacting the customer, scheduling deliveries, and being friendly and as accommodating as possible to work around their schedule and find who I was supposed to work with when I arrived with their delivery. In addition to customer service skills I have always excelled at being a team player, working with both peers and supervisors to complete projects in a timely manner. This experience will help me provide excellent user support within your IT administration department. I have many more skills and abilities that would be a great addition to your company.
