As a Specialist, I am often the first point of contact for any customer that is visiting our Apple Retail location. While my primarily role is to support our customers' on their journey when purchasing new Apple products, I've been able to branch out and support other areas of the store ecosystem.I've been able to channel my enthusiasm for Apple technology while on the floor by helping support and educate new and existing owners as a member of the Workshop team. I've also been able to support some of Apple's youngest owners by helping lead all youth programming at my location. These programs have included field trips for school students and educators, as well as summer camps.
