For the last year I've been working on the Enterprise Applications team designing, implementing and improving robust applications for our 3000+ user base.

Internal facing systems administrator responsible for maintaining servers, backups, antivirus, and other day to day activities. Helping to develop a more robust disaster recovery plan and internal security and auditing measures.

- Develop, Implement and Maintain SOC 2 Type II audit compliant security policies and procedures to ensure data security.- Manage Helpdesk technicians and ensure quality of work across multiple locations.- Provide technical documentation and training for company wide distribution.- Configure, Monitor, Maintain, Backup and Upgrade all internal servers and systems.- Help Develop, Configure, Monitor and Maintain RemoteView ATM and RemoteView Surveillance products.- Provide Tier3 escalation assistance for RemoteView ATM, RemoteView Surveillance, and Helpdesk issues.

I work as both an account manager and a system administrator for contract customers ranging from just a few people to multiple locations with 50+ users.

LAN Administration- Maintained Windows Server 2000 Active Directory for community computer, file sharing and printer access.- Maintained Accounts for Internal Exchange Server.- Provided Technical Support for 75+ computers and analogue phone system. - Troubleshot hardware / software issues.- Monitored bandwidth allocation per user.- Devised a budget, planned, quoted time and material and the proposed network upgrades to Board of Directors. - Upgraded Local Area Network to Industry Standards Rewire 4 floor house 40+ rooms with over 5,000ft of CAT5E network cable-Upgrade Comdial DXP Private Branch Exchange a VOIP phone system.
