- Operate, manage stock and documents for export shipments and domestics shipments- Work as a customer service between customer and internal company about complaint , quality, stocks, payment if any

I am responsibile for general outbound logistics from Hansae to buyers ( VSS pink, Vistoria Secrete's, Catherines, Lane bryant) through middle man agent Mast, Ascena Group Retail. I am familiar with first sale program ( a duty program for exporting into USA) for these customers and to control payment status, any claim, liability for each shipment. My job strongly is to manage all steps for shipment being shipped out on time , I work with sale department , factory ,export team and forwarder side to make all steps work on time, minimize any pending regarding the number and the leadtime. Additionally, I support to guide new factory to follow required logistics process of buyer, keep building up manual for future reference.

The program is such a great and sweet internship for fourth-year student to get an overview of a mordern company structure and friendly company culture.It also enabled student to learn the overall process, understand the connection between different departments in a company. Particularly, I was trained in position of purchaser and sale admin, which is so details.
