• Developed a Python utility for automated data extraction from the U.S. Census API, enhancing data retrieval andprocessing for the Model Earth community data pipeline project.• Successfully developed and implemented an embedded relational database using DuckDB, replacing the previously used folder and CSV file storage. • Utilized a combination of Excel and Python (Pandas) to perform analysis on the S&P Capital IQ database and the Network Outage Reporting system database, to identify a critical variable that affected outage frequencies.• Delivered a compelling presentation to senior FCC officials, which resulted in the organization adopting a new metric for network reliability.• Created a new metric in assessing network reliability that accounts for the company’s scale, the metric being Outage per PP&E. • Created a Python-based web application to link outage and financial data from S&P Capital IQ, visualizing processed data and providing an interactive web-based dashboard for senior officials and specialists who are continuing this project.
