As the department supervisor, I effectively led a team of 12 customer service representatives, overseeing daily workflow, training, and processes. Under my guidance, our team handled an average of 2,500 emails per week, while efficiently answering 120 phone calls per day and completing other assigned tasks.I played an instrumental role in creating and implementing ISO 9001 work instructions and SOPs, which helped improve efficiency and productivity. Additionally, I helped create a new training program that effectively onboarded new hires, getting them up to speed and contributing to the team in a timely manner.

During my tenure, I consistently demonstrated my ability to drive revenue growth.
