As a Fan Ambassadors, I have to be resourceful, working both independently and with a team, while taking initiative in performing tasks. I am able to rotate through all of the work areas within the College Football Hall of Fame, including Ticketing, Sidewalk, Field Zone, and Exhibits and well versed in each of these areas. Some responsibilities are to:• Welcome and host visitors during the CFHOF Experience • Warmly greet guests when they arrive, promote a friendly and happy atmosphere• Actively engage with all guests and anticipate their needs including providing maps and promotional materials• Manage necessary crowd control throughout the exhibits, including organization of lines and flow of traffic through the CFHOF • Set up protective football equipment for guests• Facilitate the Fan's Skill Zone through interactive instruction and play• Maintain clean and safe areas
