30 plus years of direct commercial asset management experience managing loan and OREO assets, loan administration and litigation and bankruptcy case management for Special Asset Department, private investors, and government sectors.20 plus years of department and personnel managerial experience overseeing commercial asset management, loan administration, credit underwriting, and vendor procurement departments. 15 plus years as a voting member of a Senior Credit Committee responsible for evaluating loan and OREO risks levels and assigning risk ratings, approving commercial workout structures, OREO CapX expenditures, tenant improvements and operating budgets, assets liquidations, and approving portfolio budgets. 30 plus years performing commercial loan workout and loan restructuring, litigation and bankruptcy management, loan credit review and risk rating, cash flow and collateral analysis, loan documentation review, collateral liquidation marketing, loan asset acquisition due diligence, and business development.30 plus years of commercial asset management experience with varying collateral types, including but not limited to, office, retail, multi-family, mixed-use, owner occupied, new construction development, other income and non-income producing properties, and C & I business assets.Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, and Industry Standard Programs.
