Manage multiple vendors to ensure benefit issues are resolved timely and accurately. Approve/process vendor invoices for payment. Reconcile reports to ensure agreed upon rates are utilized monthly. Involved with the planning, implementation and training of the yearly open enrollment cycle. Oversee the leave of absence process for the United States. Working with external auditors to execute on the disability and 401k audits. Support the service center with ongoing training to grow their benefits knowledge and support of new platforms when being implemented.

Responsible for answering inquiries on broad range HR topics including benefits, company policies and procedures, payroll, time and attendance. Supported our Benefits Department with tasks such as approving weekly benefit enrollments, reconciling 401k contributions and Health Saving Account (HSA) contributions prior to funding. Maintained compliance with federal and state policies to ensure timely reporting of all new hires. Responsible for all communications sent out from HR. Supported centers of excellence with SAP adhoc reporting. Assisted with maintaining service level agreements for the service center and tracked customer satisfaction survey responses for opportunities to enhance the service center as a whole.

Built benchmark standards within the service center to grow quality assurance measurements month over month while mentoring the Service Center Leads and Lead Coordinators for continued growth for future roles.
