I innovate, industrialize, and grow IT consulting services. currently, I lead the Project Estimation and Control Service (PEACS) at ISG. PEACS provides market comparisons and independent estimate validations of IT project plans, their cost, duration, and effort. In addition, the Control portion of PEACS provides a 3rd party view of IT project performance and recommended remediation actions when the project metrics indicate potential cost, schedule, quality, and team issues. With over 30 years of technology and management consulting experience, I have founded and led the development of many different consulting offerings and products. These include the industrialization of ISG's Project Estimation Service. For Workplace and the Future of Work, I am the lead advisor in the Americas. With a history of innovation and consulting capabilities, I led the development of workplace at Gartner, Meta Group, Inacom, and Vanstar. For IoT, I led the global development of Gartner's IoT consulting offerings. For other offerings, I led Collabera Consulting's Practice for Enterprise Architecture, Process Optimization, Governance and Organizational Transformation, expansion amd standardization of Inacom's Infrastructure and Security practices. My core competencies include digital business, digital workplace, internet of things, cloud operating strategy, and disruptive technology integration. I have delivered consulting services to over 200 different companies and organizations, leveraging my expertise in manufacturing process improvement, new business development, and consulting. I have also been a symposium and summit speaker, a founding team member, a key intellectual property leader, and an adviser within consulting for digital business.
