I am also a leadership coach with the John Maxwell Team, having wrote my own leadership training manual that my team uses with corporations globally. I serve as a pastoral leader and equipper in the Body of Christ, functioning presently as the co-founder and senior pastoral leader of Awake The Flame Ministries, located in Miami Florida (awaketheflame.com). I have served for 14 years as a youth pastor, bible school teacher and counselor at New Dimensions Ministries, located in Barbados. I also served as the senior pastor of Faith & Life Fellowship Ministries for 14 months in Hollywood, Florida. I am a certified counselor, serving clients weekly all throughout the globe since 2005. I also give oversight to the management of real estate, a clothing company (Lighthouse Nation), and restaurant (Millie's Snack Bar) in the Bridgetown Port of Barbados.
