My purpose is to build teams that deliver an impact.  I help my clients develop and execute strategies to transform their businesses and create long term value for their customers, employees and shareholders.I am a partner focused on corporate acquisitions, growth equity, and partnerships in the middle market.   I bring over 15 years of experience in strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, business transformation, deal structuring and risk management to create value in our firm and portfolio companies across the Americas.Previously, I was an executive in EY's Consulting practice  where I focused on delivering consulting services to numerous iconic global brands, Fortune 100 and the U.S. government clients within technology, financial services,  healthcare, telecommunications, and automotive industries.During my tenure at EY, I had extensive experience in business transformation, operational improvements, enterprise risk management, post merger integrations, internal audit, workflow digitization and systems implementation. I am a dedicated people leader and am passionate  about providing others the opportunity to succeed through their career experiences and leadership development.
