DFW Market Manager – Responsible for managing multiple deployments of new technologies on 480 sites. (1900/ 800MHz and 2.5GHz). Launched one of the first 5G markets in the Sprint Network. Responsibilities also include managing Real Estate teams, Construction, Site Relocations, Special Event COWS, Landlord issue resolution, and Microwave Deployment. Reporting to upper management of weekly/monthly and quarterly goals and results. Regional Deployment Manager – Responsible for the oversight and guidance of the Network Vision turnkey OEM for the Albuquerque and Texas markets. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Chair weekly market status calls with OEM market leads, weekly call with OEM Regional Manager to discuss issues and areas needing improvement and attend daily OEM deployment calls with suppliers. Manage internal market managers responsible for quality audits, site visits, and daily direction and interaction with the local OEM teams.

– Responsibilities included but were not limited to the Project Management of Carrier Build to Suit communication tower sites in Texas, Oklahoma, North Carolina, Arizona, Oregon, and Tennessee. Managed vendors from search ring issue, site acquisition phase, lease negotiations, regulatory filings, site design, construction, and carrier collocations installation. Ordered and reviewed Phase 1 and NEPA reports. Prepared preliminary cost analysis of complete site builds from site acquisition phase through construction for customer approvals. Tracked project costs to ensure sites stay within budget. Organized and chaired weekly deployment calls with vendors and contractors to review project status. Prepared and presented project status reports to customers on weekly deployment calls. Responded to landlord issues and worked with landlords to find resolutions. Prepared and issued RFPs for vendor services and negotiated final contract terms.

Responsibilities included but were not limited to manager level management functions of all the property acquisition and construction engineering activities within the primary geographic area for Dallas and West Texas. West Texas Market consisted of Abilene, Amarillo, Killeen/ Temple, Midland, Wichita Falls, and Waco. Responsible for all hiring, training, and ensuring all development activities were performed within corporate policy and in accordance with local, state and federal regulations and guidelines prepared and reported the geographic updates to the Clearwire Management and Executive Management team(s). As Market Lead in 2010; managed a team who built 255 collocations; installed 438 augments on live sites; and converted 237 sites from LEC to Microwave.

AT&T Towers Regulatory/ Vendor Manager – Managed Regulatory staff who was responsible for fast and accurate processing of co-location projects. Ensure compliance with all FAA/FCC and AT&T processes, procedures, rules and regulations. Reported timely and accurate communication of project status to Sales Account Management team and co-location specialists. Position verifies accurate and timely updating of Regulatory data in various AT&T systems. Create new; maintain existing; and document internal Regulatory processes for AT&T Towers Regulatory group. Successfully wrote scope of work for Structural Analysis of AT&T Towers. Worked with Supply Chain to write and issue a National RFP. Organized Vendor selection and Contract negotiations with selected Vendors. Created new processes utilizing Siterra for Structural process and trained employees. Cingular Sites Central Region Account Manager – Responsibilities are to promote the Cingular tower portfolio to potential Co-locators; primary escalation contacts for applicants and third-party contractors; and collect market/industry intelligence. National co-locations contact for Regulatory issues and process guidance. Created and rolled out National processes to Cingular Sites and Network for standard application review and processing. Southern Region New Site Build Director – Responsibilities include but are not limited to management functions for the property acquisition and construction engineering for new wireless telecommunications sites as well as the E911, FAA and FCC regulatory compliance of the constructed sites within 13 states; training for processes and procedures

Responsibilities included but were not limited to the support of the Sprint Sales and Marketing group with new and existing Corporate Account repeater deployments; Sprint national retail store repeater designs; deployment for Sprint and third party retail repeater deployments; working with Sprint customers and with Sprint Sales and Marketing to design DAS (in-building coverage) systems which enhanced coverage within the customers building(s) and/or office(s); working with Marketing Finance and the customer finance teams for customer expenditure approvals; prepared budget requests packages for Network Finance approvals.
