Thank You for the opportunity to participate in your company's success.While serving in the US Air Force aboard the C-141B, I became involved in base network deployments. I also freelanced as a Systems Operator (SysOp) linking the first network of Bulletin Board Systems around the US. Over the next few years, I worked for various military, state governments, and civilian organizations on various network deployments.My first corporate network outside the military was designing and building AutoZones' new data center and linking their 125 stores via a Hughes Galaxy 4 satellite network. I left AutoZone for General Electric and spent two years as their Senior Engineer for Texas. In the late 90s, I accepted the position of Director of IT at CIGNA Healthcare.As Director of IT for CIGNA Healthcare, I had dotted line reporting to over 3,000 Engineers who manage 14 Mainframes, 3,000 WinTel servers, 150 Mid-Range, and 35,000 desktops. My team oversaw the collapse of three data centers into one and the launch of the Enterprise Command Center (ECC) to manage CIGNA's IT operations worldwide. After a successful deployment, I remained with the ECC as their Crisis Action Manager.In 2004, to better understand the medical side of the industry, I began working with a group of physicians and hospitals to integrate clinical trials into their everyday practices. In 2014 I created Alabama Clinical Research to perform specific contracted clinical trials for Pfizer and others.In 2017 I opened OG Solutions bringing advanced technology solutions to the Gulf Coast.
