Through my years here at Radwell I was able to grow and develop analytical skills, teamwork skills, and I got the chance to learn more about business and what goes on behind the scenes. I was exposed to a different type of market, opening up to a different style of business.

Starting my work here as a fuel associate, I was given the opportunity to learn the different positions the company has to offer, moving inside to work more with customers and develop people skills. After developing as a service associate, I was then given the opportunity to take a few management lessons and start managing a team and a store on my own.

As my first job I ever got and as a sophomore in high school, this was my stepping stone into the working world. I was really able to develop a concrete work ethic and really understand what it means to be apart of something much bigger than yourself. Developing skills as basic as being punctual to learning how to problem solve, this was the groundwork that helped me build any other skills I have developed in any other work I have had.
