I provide staffing management for two large manufacturing clients, one an automotive facility and the other, a molding facility. I handle all hiring/terminations and employee counseling. I am also responsible for workers compensation and unemployment claims. I handle all onboarding and recruitment for my locations. Additionally, I conduct job fairs, complete verification’s and most importantly, ensure the safety of all Precision employees.

I manage two industrial accounts in the manufacturing sector. This entails recruiting, interviewing, on-boarding, hiring, background checks, drug screens, coaching and disciplining employees as required. I track employee retention and turnover data, in KPI format and analyze trends in order to make necessary adjustments. I handle unemployment claims and provide assistance for workers compensation claims. I remain knowledgeable in OSHA 1910 regulations and maintain a safe work environment at my sites.

I provide theological instruction to youth and adults through teaching, preaching and events. I coordinate youth activities to promote a healthy relationship. I provide counseling as needed to address the needs of the community. I believe in strong community outreach and achieving a personal relationship with the community through direct and successful involvement in the local community.

Provided community supervision and law enforcement services for the Division of Probation and Parole for the Department of Corrections and the Kentucky Administrative Office of the Courts. I managed a caseload of over 100 clients with substance abuse and mental health issues. I provided counseling/assistance to clients on a variety of issues including treatment referrals, employment,social and familial. I am trained in evidence-based practices including Motivational Interviewing. I have utilized a variety of behavioral based practices to promote the correction of thinking errors and to set/achieve treatment goals. I was also the district safety officer and obtained my OSHA 30 hour certification in general industry. I was responsible for safety, training, inspections and all reporting requirements.

I oversaw the office and all operations while providing excellent leadership. I managed personnel as well as safety. I managed the purchasing of equipment and managed our inventory. I submitted bid for contracts and oversaw the contracts from start to finish. I maintained compliance for local, state and federal regulations.
