I didn't get here because of me. I got here because of those who helped me, believed in me, saw in me what I didn't see in myself. No one does it on their own. Fine Metals has given me the opportunity to work on their domestic and international sales team. In addition to increasing sales, we developed an Export Compliance Program, redesigned the company website, provide cost/benefit analysis for capital purchases and we’re working towards an ISO 9001 certification. We also identified insourcing opportunities that decreased cycle time, reduced inventory and increased our bottom line. Prior to the business environment, I was a professional firefighter. This gives me the ability to focus on the details and make sure they align with our company mission. I enjoy finding a way for everyone to win and have the ability to push forward, even when it’s difficult.
