PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND:Thirty two years of experience as an ATCS, including eighteen years as a Front Line Manager. During my career I worked at Fort Worth and Indianapolis En-Route Centers. Over the course of my career I certified and maintained operational currency in four operational areas and a traffic management unit. I have been a Traffic Management Specialist and served on details as NAS Implementation Specialist, Airspace and Procedures Specialist and Operations Manager. In addition, I completed my FAA career serving at headquarters on the Technical Advisory Group (TAG) staff for Air Traffic Services (AJT-2).LEADERSHIP SKILLS:During fourteen years as a controller, I developed a unique skill set and knowledge base of the air traffic system by serving in multiple staff positions. I often participated on various workgroups, building a foundation for my eighteen years as a manager for the FAA.
