As an AFPAK HAND I represented the Army as a Senior Level Cultural Advisor for the NATO training Division with an emphasis on developing gender programs within the Afghan National Police Force. I Served as one of many networked senior level liaisons and provided direct support to improve greater continuity, focus and persistent engagement on women’s advancement issues during the rebuilding of the Afghan National Police force.
