As well as other applications, such as ADT Imager, Gryphon, Finance Data Center, ClearTran, Intelliview, Informix, Infoview, MS Exchange, Oracle, and I also provisioned remote access for ADT employees and vendors with the assignment, tracking, printing, and shipping of VPN devices throughout the Unites States (including Alaska/Hawaii), Puerto Rico, and coordinated the same for ADT Canada.Responsible for the training of several new employees and contractors in the EOC. I used the Remedy client for assigning cases, tracking, repairing, and coordinating events and/or issues through completion via resolution.Performed company/wide removal of individual ex-employee and vendor access to the same above systems in compliance with daily HR termination data feeds sent to our department.I also provided critical background training and support during the transition from an internal Help Desk department (for which I was originally hired) to an outsourced Help Desk in order to make the change over as seamless as possible to our customers. Provided first-level PC support for approximately 24,000 ADT Employees (and Tyco at the time) in the United States and Canada. Performed password resets for multiple systems and also included troubleshooting mainly by telephone and email, and remote control of user’s desktops/laptops for support with MS Office, Exchange, Active Directory, VPN, Citrix, Windows XP, and mainframe systems.
